1. Free and open-source software

Razi HR is provided free of charge by Razi Consultancy. You are free to use, copy, modify, and self-host the application for personal or business use, including commercial use, without payment or licensing fees.

2. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying that any figures, payslips, or reports generated by the App are correct for your payroll, tax, or labor-law obligations.

3. Not professional or legal advice

The App is an HR record-keeping tool, not a substitute for a qualified HR professional, accountant, or employment lawyer. Consult a licensed professional before relying on the App's output for payroll processing, tax filing, or compliance with labor regulations.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Razi Consultancy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, payroll errors, or employment disputes, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

5. Your data and backups

Data you enter — including employee personal and salary information — is stored only in your browser's local storage. You are solely responsible for backing up your data using the App's CSV export and print features, and for complying with data protection obligations toward your employees. Razi Consultancy has no access to, and cannot recover, data lost due to cleared browser storage, device changes, or browser issues.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, including maintaining fraudulent employment or payroll records, or in a manner that violates the privacy rights of employees or applicable labor law.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
