Razi HR is a completely free, open-source HR management tool that runs entirely inside your web browser — no signup, no subscription, and no server sending your data anywhere.

How your data is handled

All data you enter is stored locally in your own browser using localStorage. Nothing is uploaded to a server or shared with Razi Consultancy or anyone else. See the Privacy Policy for details, and remember to back up your data by exporting reports regularly since clearing your browser storage will remove it.
